How do I make a claim using Errante’s Insurance Program?

To claim on our Insurance program, please send an official complaint to compliance@errante.com within 2 weeks from the date of the incident. The Company will make a thorough investigation, and if the claim is validated, will raise the claim to Lloyd’s of London via the reinsurers for processing. Once the claim is approved by the insurance company, we will reimburse the client.
